Borrowell received a Companies-to-Watch award as part of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Program! The program recognizes early-stage companies with strong growth potential. Borrowell is one of eleven companies across Canada to win the award this year – and is the only company from Toronto to receive the award.
The Companies-to-Watch award category honours Canadian technology companies that demonstrate promising potential to be a future Technology Fast 50 candidate.
Borrowell’s CEO and Co-Founder, Andrew Graham, credits the company’s unique free credit score product and loan underwriting technology with the company’s early-stage success.
Graham said, “In just over three years we’ve experienced tremendous growth, centered around our mission of helping consumers make great decisions about credit. Over 350,000 Canadians have used Borrowell to learn their credit score or check their rate on a loan – which is something we’re very proud of.”
Companies-to-Watch winners are a class of companies that possess effective management experience and superior technology. They must also be headquartered in Canada and devote a significant portion of their operating revenues to creating proprietary technology or intellectual property. Recipients exemplify common traits of Deloitte Technology Fast 50 award winners.
