Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee for past rent payments you must have fulfilled the following conditions: (1) you must have reported at least twelve (12) months of your past twenty-four (24) months of rent payments; and (2) your credit score on your Borrowell credit report must have either remained the same or decreased between the Prior Credit Report and the Updated Credit Report. The twenty-four (24) months is calculated from the time you signed up for past rent payments or when your rental information is submitted by you and verified by Borrowell, whichever is later.
The Prior Credit Report and Updated Credit Report are the Borrowell credit reports available the week immediately preceding and the week immediately following the date that the past rent payments are added to your Borrowell credit report, respectively. By requesting a Money-Back Guarantee, you agree and understand that Borrowell will access your Borrowell credit reports to evaluate credit score changes.
The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if you had a missed payment, bankruptcy, consumer proposal or collections item added to your Borrowell credit report at any time between the Prior Credit Report and Updated Credit Report.
You must request your Money-Back Guarantee within sixty (60) days of your Updated Credit Report being available by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Money-Back Guarantee”. Please note that it may take up to sixty (60) days for Borrowell to validate your claim and for you to receive your refund.
Borrowell reserves the right to modify, cancel, or limit this Money-Back Guarantee at any time. The Money-Back Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-transferable. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions and the Rent Reporting Terms and Conditions, these terms will govern.
