Throughout the month of June 2026, we’re giving away ten $10 gift cards daily, one $100 gift card daily, one $300 gift card daily, and one $10,000 cash grand prize at the end of the month. The winner of the grand prize will be drawn on August 31, 2026.

To be entered to win one of the daily prizes, log in to Borrowell and open your daily Mystery Box. Each time you open a Mystery Box, you’ll get one entry towards the daily prizes.

There are six ways to get entries for the $10,000 cash grand prize. After you log in to Borrowell, you can:

Open your daily Mystery Box: earns 10-50 entries.
Get approved for a credit card: earns 1,500 entries per card, maximum of two credit cards.
Complete the weekly survey: earns 200 entries per survey.
Make a Credit Builder payment: earns 500 entries one time.
Make a Rent Advantage payment: earns 500 entries one time.
Mail in an essay (more details in our Terms & Conditions): earns 1,500 entries one time.

Daily winners will be selected and notified through the Borrowell app. The grand prize draw will take place on August 31, 2026, and the winner will be notified within two business days. Winners will also be announced daily on Borrowell’s Instagram page and in the 'Daily Winners' section on this page.

Yes, the grand prize of $10,000 is really cash! The grand prize will be paid through Interac email money transfer. The draw will take place on August 31, 2026 and the winner will be notified within two business days.

Eligible to all residents of Canada. Three hundred and sixty (360) Daily Prizes (e-gift cards of $10, $100 or $300 CAD) and one (1) Grand Prize of $10,000 CAD are available to be won. Daily Prize entries: open a Mystery Box in the Borrowell Platform and correctly answer the skill-testing question to earn 1 entry into that day’s draw. Grand Prize entries: (i) 10-50 entries per Mystery Box opened; (ii) 1,500 entries per approved credit card application (max 3,000 entries); (iii) 200 entries per Weekly Survey completed (one per week); (iv) 500 entries for a successful Credit Builder payment (max 500 entries); (v) 500 entries for a successful Rent Advantage / past rent payment (max 500 entries); and (vi) 1,500 entries via no-purchase mail-in essay (max 1,500 entries).
